One of the wonderful experiences of meditation is where the imagination can take you.


Guided into peaceful forests, bubbling waterfalls, deep, pools of clear water, magnificent trees to commune with, pathways and choices of direction.

All in complete safety, there is always a meeting with guides and totem animals to share the experience.


You could go anywhere really, to a healing circle, to expansion of knowledge, to a greater understanding of nature and its elementals, just a peaceful swim at the base of a waterfall or to communion with rocks...all wonderful and energising and peaceful, relieving stresses and worries. You leave all that behind and just enjoy.
